I have accomplished my Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Our industry is regulated under the guidelines of the College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta. As a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner, I have several years of experience in the hearing health care industry.

I educate and teach my clientele with enthusiasm and confidence the importance of early intervention to reclaim their importance of life. I do my utmost and focus on compassion, patience and understanding that our clients need and deserve. I have witnessed the frustration people feel from not hearing and communicating with family and friends. I’ve personally witnessed those who have improved their lives with better hearing.

I have been a resident of St.Albert for many years. I am the third generation of the Sevigny family, one of the first pioneers of the area. I am honored and proud to serve the residences of this wonderful city with my expertise, in what I call home.

I feel with the level of excellence my staff and I provide to our clientele of St.Albert and surrounding area, we can achieve our core values: compassion, patience and understanding. We will provide a better quality of life.

My 2003 graduation from Grant MacEwan Hearing Aid Practitioner program was the beginning of a satisfying, rewarding career. The subsequent achievement of the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences allowed me to gain the recognition of a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner.

Identifying, counseling and encouraging my clients with hearing loss, is both challenging and gratifying. The ongoing improvement in hearing instrument technology is exciting and makes the experience of wearing hearing aids, rewarding for my clients.

Helen Keller, who was deaf and blind, lived a very successful life despite her two disabilities. Among the many things that she was famous for saying was, “Deafness is a much worse misfortune (than blindness) for it means that loss of the vital stimulus – the sound of the voice that brings language, sets thoughts astir and keeps us in the intellectual company of man…” Each day, my goal is to assist my clients with the most important facet of their life – the ability to communicate and interact with family and friends.

I am a graduate of Grant MacEwan University and Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. To maintain my status as a Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner, I educate myself by attending educational seminars and conferences on a yearly basis.

With my knowledge and personality, I strive to provide my clients with a positive and supportive experience. I have observed my clients embark on a new chapter in their lives, gaining an enhanced quality of life with their new hearing instruments.

I believe when people truly love what they do, the work becomes rewarding without effort. This is reflected by comments made by our clientele. They have expressed to me how I take the time to listen and empathize with their concerns. They identify quickly that I am a hearing care provider that provides service to improve their hearing.

I am proud to offer superior service to my current and future clientele.
